Shlomi, an 18-year-old soldier, flees from the battlefield in Gaza and embarks on a journey back to his home. His desertion plan gets complicated when he discovers that army commanders are convinced that he was kidnapped by in the heat of the battle. With his photo about to be published in all the national media as a prisoner of war, Shlomi wakes up to the realization that he is not running away from the soldiers he thought were chasing him, but from his own identity which has become a trap. It’s a tragicomic journey that takes place over the course of a day in the streets of Tel Aviv, between hope and horror, between romance and nightmares
